ORDER
LAND, District Judge.
Debtors appeal the October 14, 2003 order of the bankruptcy court transferring their Chapter 7 bankruptcy case to the Middle District of Alabama. The ruling of the bankruptcy court is affirmed. 1
BACKGROUND
In deciding an appeal from a bankruptcy court, the district court sits as an appellate court, reviewing the bankruptcy court’s findings of fact for clear error and its conclusions of law de novo. Fed. R. Bankr.P. 8013; see also In re Thomas, 883 F.2d 991, 994 (11th Cir.1989). The bankruptcy court’s findings of fact are undisputed for purposes of this appeal.…
