ORDER
W. HOMER DRAKE, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Emergency Motions for Change of Venue filed in the above-referenced cases. Because the questions of fact and law are substantially the same for both cases, they are consolidated for purposes of this Order. This is a core proceeding, for which this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 157(b)(2)(A). The following constitutes the Court’s Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.
