—In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for fraud in connection with a contract for the sale of real estate, the plaintiffs appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (DiNoto, J.), entered December 5, 1996, which, upon an order of the same court dated October 11, 1996, granting the defendants’ motion to dismiss the complaint for failure to state a cause of action pursuant to CPLR 3211 (a) (7), dismissed the complaint.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed, with costs.
