This case involves an apportionment of condemnation proceeds paid by the City of Columbia to various claimants for an abandoned railroad right of way located in Boone County, Missouri. It is under review before this court for the third time. On the first review this court reversed the circuit court’s original decision for a failure to dispose of all the issues in the case, e.g., the judgment made no declaration of the percentage interests of the parties in the award.
