Appellant, Missouri Friends of the Wabash Trace Nature Trail, Inc. (Wabash), appeals the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of Carroll Lee and Mary A. Boyles and other landowners 1 (Landowners) in Landowners’ action to quiet title to a 100-foot strip of land in Nodaway County formerly used as a railroad right-of-way and in Wabash’s counterclaim for waste against the Boyles.
