This is a personal injury case.

This appeal is prosecuted from. a judgment in favor of appellee and against each of appellants.

Appellee is a feme sole. Appellant, El Paso Electric Company, is a corporation, and for years prior to the time involved here has been engaged in the City of El Paso, Texas, and the surrounding territory, in the business of manufacturing, selling and distributing electric current for domestic lighting, cooking, heating and similar purposes, and in connection therewith, and as a. part of said business, appellant Electric Company kept in stock and sold…
