Plaintiff-appellant Board of Directors of the Association of Apartment Owners of the Discovery Bay Condominium (the AOAO) appeals from a circuit court order granting summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellee United Pacific Insurance Company (UPIC) and defendant G.W. Murphy Construction Company (Murphy).
