December 13th, 1913, the appellee, Kentucky Coal Lands Company, brought this action in the Clay circuit court against the appellants, Henry Davidson and others, heirs at law of Samuel Davidson, deceased, to vacate a nunc pro tunc default judgment rendered against the appellee in that court May 14th, 1909, in the case of Samuel Davidson v. O. H.
