Golden, defendant in error, against plaintiff in error, to recover on six fraternal beneficiary certificates held by him in said Fort Worth Mutual Benevolent Association of Texas for the loss -of an eye. Service was duly had for the July, 1925, term of said court, which began on Monday, July 6, 1925.
