Appellants Michael and Kelli Johnson (“plaintiffs”) filed an action alleging negligence and breach of warranty against defendant National Sea Products, Ltd., in connec tion with injuries that Michael Johnson (“Johnson”) suffered when a pallet of frozen fish fell upon him. At trial, the jury found in favor of the defendant on the negligence claim. The court directed a verdict for the defendant on plaintiffs’ breach of warranty claim.
