EGINTON, Senior District Judge.

This case concerns a construction project involving the rehabilitation of an old mill facility located in Middletown, Connecticut, known as the Forge. Plaintiffs allege bad faith, intentional infliction of emotional distress, and violation of the Connecticut Unfair Trade Practices Act.
