This matter came before the court on the creditor’s Motion for Reconsideration of Order Disallowing Claim. The issue was argued at a hearing and the court took the matter under submission.
FACTS
On March 3, 1989, Michael and Joanne Kudlacek (debtors) filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy petition. Fireman’s Fund Mortgage Corp. (Fireman’s) filed a proof of claim, claiming they were owed $105,076.33 ($92,-564.76 in principal and $12,001.49 in prepet-ition arrearages).
