LYNCH, Circuit Judge.
Randall Soileau, terminated from his employment as an industrial process engineer at Guilford of Maine, Inc., seeks redress under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), 42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq., and the Maine Human Rights Act, Me.Rev.Stat. Ann. tit. 5, § 4551 et seq. He first claims that Guilford discriminated against him because of his disability. He is disabled, he asserts, because his diagnosed depressive disorder interferes with his ability to interact with others.
