This is a patent infringement case. Sta-rhome GmbH (“Starhome”) sued AT & T Mobility LLC, Roamware, Inc., and T-Mobile USA, Inc. (“Defendants”), in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware for infringement of U.S. Patent No. 6,920,487 (the “'487 patent”).
