Plaintiffs Grant and Mary Metcalf, the administrators of the estates of Kenneth and Margaret Metcalf, brought this wrongful death action in the Washtenaw County Circuit Court seeking damages for the deaths of their decedents. MCLA 600.2922; MSA 27A.2922. The plaintiffs alleged that Kenneth and Margaret Metcalf were killed as the result of the negligence of defendant Robert Waterbury. The jury rendered a verdict of no cause of action and the plaintiffs’ motion for a new trial was denied by Circuit Judge Patrick J. Conlin.
