In August of 2004, three actions were filed in the District of Connecticut against Flight Safety Technologies, Inc. (“Flight Safety”) and certain of its officers and directors who are alleged to have knowingly and recklessly omitted information from statements made in Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) filings and press releases.
