I. INTRODUCTION

This is a civil action brought by the United States Government pursuant to the Federal Debt Collection Procedures Act, 28 U.S.C. § 3001 et seq., to set aside as a fraudulent transfer Michael and Beverly Furnari’s conveyance of real property situated in Kihei, Hawaii to their daughter, Tara Furnari.
