JUSTICE, Senior District Judge.

On September 22, 2000, General Star Indemnity Company (“General Star”) filed its Motions for Summary Judgment based on allocation, commencement, and the 14-day provision (Doc. Nos.91-93). On October 12, 2000, General Star filed its Motion for Summary Judgment as to Defendants’ extra-contractual counterclaims (Doc. No. 107).
