OPINION
STEPHEN F. PRESLAR, Chief Justice.
In this venue case, the trial court, in reliance on Subdivision 9a, Negligence, of Article 1995, Tex.Rev.Civ.Stat.Ann., overruled the plea of privilege of Furr’s Super Market. We affirm.
Appellee May Garrett entered Appellant’s grocery store for the purpose of shopping, and slipped and fell from a substance on the floor consisting of a banana skin and a lot of liquid.
