POPE, Justice.

Mrs. Floy Coffee obtained favorable answers to special issues in her action for personal injuries which she sustained in a fall inside the store owned by defendants F. W. Woolworth Company and Woolco Department Stores. The defendants will be referred to as Woolco. The trial court granted defendants’ motion for judgment non obstante veredicto and the court of civil appeals affirmed the judgment. 526 S.W.2d 793.
