This case is before this Court upon the appeal of the Mercer County Board of Education (“the Board”). It arises from an order entered by the Circuit Court of Mercer County which set aside deeds reflecting a sale of school property from the Board to A.B. Johnson and a subsequent sale of that same property from A.B. Johnson to Ted Taylor. This Court has before it the petition for appeal, all matters of record and briefs.
