Appellants Walter W. Teel (“Teel”), Paul S. Minor (“Minor”), and John H. Whitfield (“Whitfield”) (collectively, “Appellants”) raise several appellate issues arising from their final amended judgments of convictions and sentences entered by the district court after this court remanded the case for resentencing in United States v. Whitfield, 590 F.3d 325 (5th Cir.2009).
