Before the Court is Plaintiff ECR Properties, LLC’s (“ECR”) Motion for Summary Judgment on ECR’s breach of contract claim against Defendant Camden County Development, LLC (“Camden”) (Doc. # 16), and Defendants Camden and Bond Safeguard Insurance Company’s (“Bond Safeguard”) Motion for Summary Judgment (Doc. # 48) as to all of ECR’s claims against them.
