Certiorari to the District Court of Salt Lake County to review the action of that court in refusing to quash service of summons in a cause pending in that court entitled “Kathleen Beth Thomas v. William B. Thomas.” The background of the action is as follows: Kathleen Thomas as plaintiff commenced an action against William B. Thomas, as defendant in the District Court of Salt Lake County.
