This is the fourth time this case has been before this court, the former opinions appearing in 55 S.W.2d 235, 70 S.W.2d 801, and75 S.W.2d 1104, to which reference is here made for a statement of the facts giving rise to the litigation.

Mrs. Anderson was the surviving widow of W. K. Marr and served both as executrix and administratrix of his estate. A portion of the matters which will be discussed here occurred before she remarried, but to avoid confusion we shall refer to her as Mrs. Anderson.
