Upon the motion for a directed verdict for Yurchus there is no occasion to consider the circumstances of the collision other than that of his unlicensed driving. Such driving was wrongful and imposed liability for damages occurring in its course, through the operation of the statute (P. L., c. 101, ss. 1,12) forbidding it.
