MEMORANDUM DECISION

This matter came on for a three day trial commencing June 11, 2007. Closing arguments were heard on July 2, 2007. In accordance with his complaint, Robert K Stewart (Stewart) seeks an order disallowing the claim of Timothy Donovan (Donovan) against Pacific Northwest Storage LLC (Debtor) and awarding him the proceeds of the sale of the real property and improvements located at 112 168th Street South, Spanaway, Washington (Property).
