Berger, J.,

This is an action for divorce based on the charge of desertion, in which the master found that our court had jurisdiction, but recommended that a decree be denied on the ground that the desertion charged was not wilful and malicious. When this report of the master came before the court on exceptions filed by the libellant, the case was remanded to him for the purpose of having him take further testimony bearing on the jurisdiction of our court.
