ROBINSON, District Judge.

This action arose from Defendant’s purchase of a warehouse in which it was the largest tenant. Plaintiff has sued alleging that it is owed a one percent commission from the sale, claiming they introduced the Defendant to the concept of buying the warehouse and prepared a detailed financial analysis which made the value of such a purchase apparent.
