Plaintiff appeals from a judgment in favor of defendant Girard Fire & Marine Insurance Company, hereinafter referred to as defendant.
Plaintiff owned a 14-foot self-propelled combine, which was damaged while being transported in his truck near Concordia, Kansas. Defendant had issued a policy of insurance which contracted to insure plaintiff against loss or damage to the combine caused by fire, lightning, and transportation.
