In the summer of 1908 the Democratic Executive Committee of Harrison county duly and regularly called -a Democratic primary election for the nomination of county officers, to be held on the 14th day of November, 1908. At this primary election the appellant, E. F. Mason, the appellee, James A. Dougherty, and George T.
