STATEMENT OF THE CASE

Plaintiff-appellant, T.S.B., by her guardian ad litem, Tim J. Dant (hereinafter re ferred to as T.S.B.), appeals the trial court’s grant of summary judgment in favor of defendant-appellees, David R. Cli-nard (Clinard) and South-Central Christian Children’s Home, Inc. (South-Central).

We affirm.
