Armour & Company, a corporation, brought an action against G. V. Burkhalter, to recover a stated amount of money, upon a cause of action alleged in the petition. The defendant filed an answer to the petition. The plaintiff demurred to this answer and moved to strike the whole of it, upon stated grounds. The *371trial judge sustained the demurrer as to certain portions of the answer and ordered the same stricken, but refused to strike the entire answer.
