This is a property dispute case involving the property commonly known as Indian Springs Resort (Indian Springs) located in Power County, Idaho. The district court dismissed Terry and Rosanna Andersen’s complaint for lack of standing to litigate the action, failure to plead their fraud claims with particularity, failure to state a cause of action, and improperly bringing the suit because it was barred by res judicata.
