AGEE, Circuit Judge:

Alfredo Homes Susi appeals the sentence imposed following remand for re-sentencing. In an earlier appeal, we affirmed Susi’s convictions on one count of conspiracy to defraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 871, and multiple counts of aiding and abetting wire fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1343.
