This matter comes before the Court on a Motion for Summary 'Judgment filed by Defendant Schneider National Carriers, Inc. (Clerk’s No. 19). ‘ Plaintiff Deborah Schoonover is represented by Michael Carroll and Kodi Peterson. Defendant Schneider National Carriers, Inc.
