OPINION

THOMAS, Chief Justice.

Toniann Huff appeals her conviction for theft of property valued at $20,000 or more. Following a jury trial, the trial court assessed appellant’s punishment at ten years’ confinement, probated for ten years with a condition that appellant serve 180 days in jail. The court ordered restitution in the amount of $72,317.29.
