In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, etc., the plaintiffs appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Morrison, J.), entered November 27, 1991, which granted the motions of the defendants Barry Kanavy, Patricia Greenafage, Charles Zimmerman, Charles Zimmerman, Jr., Brian Cooper, Parker Bagley, Mary Bagley, Shirley Dietrich, and May Suprina for summary judgment dismissing the complaint and dismissed the complaint insofar as it is asserted against them.
