In an action to recover damages for personal injuries, the defendants Robert M. Rosen, P. C., Robert M. Rosen, Diane Saunders, also known as Diane Rosen, Mary Ugurlu and Keti Callas separately appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County (Molloy, J.), dated September 27, 1990, which, in effect, denied their respective motions and cross motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint insofar as it is asserted against them.
