MEMORANDUM
DuBOIS, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 of Defendants Safeguard Scientific, Inc. (“SSI”) and Interactive Marketing Ventures, Inc. (“IMV”). Defendants seek partial summary judgment on the grounds: (1) that SSI cannot be held liable for the allegedly discriminatory employment practices of IMV because the two corporations are not a “single employer” for purposes of Title VII, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq.; (2) that plaintiff, Juanita C.
