Teri Lynn Hinkle appeals the grant of summary judgment in favor of Midland Credit Management, Inc., Midland Funding, L.L.C., and Encore Capital Group, Inc. (collectively Midland 1 ) for claims asserted by Hinkle under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq., and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA), 15 U.S.C. § 1692 et seq.
