Christina Felts appeals from an order granting summary judgment in favor of her mortgage servicer, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. ("Wells Fargo"), with respect to Felts' claim that Wells Fargo failed to conduct a reasonable investigation into the accuracy of its credit reporting of her mortgage loan, in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("the FCRA" or "the Act"), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.
