David G. Kennedy, M.D. and David G. Kennedy, M.D., P.C. (collectively “Dr. Kennedy”) appeal the trial court’s judgment granting the motion to dismiss of Microsurgery and Brain Research Institute and Gregory J. Bailey, M.D. (collectively “Dr. Bailey”) in Dr. Kennedy’s action for slander, injurious falsehood, and injunctive relief. The trial court granted the motion on the basis that Dr. Kennedy’s action was barred by the statute of limitations.
