Bowers v. Bowers
Connecticut Appellate Court
1Opinion of the Court
Opinion
FOTI, J.
The plaintiff, Donald D. Bowers, appeals from the postjudgment order of the trial court finding him in contempt of orders that directed him to make certain payments of child support and counsel fees to the defendant, Florence Irene Bowers, and awarding further counsel fees to her. The plaintiff claims that the *77court improperly (1) concluded that he wilfully violated an order of the court, (2) entered an interim order and (3) awarded attorney’s fees. We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
