¶ 1. Defendant Poulin Auto Sales appeals a trial court decision granting summary judgment in favor of plaintiff, Crawford Gregory. Poulin contends that the trial court erred in finding it strictly liable under 23 V.S.A. § 2093 for selling Gregory a salvaged car without disclosing that fact to him. Poulin additionally contests the court’s finding that it made false representations in violation of the Vermont Consumer Fraud Act (VCFA).
