YANKWICH, District Judge.
Before me are the demurrers of various defendants to four indictments charging conspiracy to violate the Sherman AntiTrust Act, 15 U.S.C.A. § 1.
The questions raised by the different groups of defendants, both at the oral argument and in the briefs filed in support of their demurrers, differ to some extent. The difference is referable to the position occupied by the particular defendants with relation to the trade involved in the combinations charged. It is, however, more apparent than real.
