The plaintiff in error Odie W. Coffey, defendant below, was jointly charged by complaint with Roy Raymond May on April 28, 1949, in Rogers county, Oklahoma, with the crime of the larceny of an automobile, said automobile being a 1941 Plymouth sedan, Texas License, the personal property of C. M. Hopper. Appearing before W. 0. Boyd, justice of the' peace, on said complaint, the record shows “they waived everything, and they were both told of the charge against them and advised of their constitutional rights”, and that each of the said defendants entered pleas of guilty to said charge.…
