¶ 1. This is a review of a published decision of the court of appeals, Oliveira v. City of Milwaukee, 2000 WI App 49, 233 Wis. 2d 532, 608 N.W.2d 419, reversing the judgment of dismissal of the Circuit Court for Milwaukee County, Louis J. Ceci, Reserve Judge. We reverse the decision of the court of appeals and affirm the judgment of dismissal of the circuit court.
