In this slip and fall case, plaintiff, Alonzo Rodriguez, appeals the summary judgment entered in favor of defendant, the Board of Directors of the Auraria Higher Education Center (Auraria Board). We affirm.

Rodriguez is the director of admissions at Metropolitan State College of Denver (Metro State). In October of 1991, he slipped and fell in a puddle of water which had collected in a restroom near Ms office in the Auraria Center.
