OPINION OF THE COURT

FELDER, Judge:

A Special court-martial composed of officers and enlisted personnel convicted the appellant of willfully disobeying a command given by a commissioned officer, resisting apprehension, and assaulting a military policeman in violation of Articles 90, 95, and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 890, 895 and 928. In addition, the military judge accepted the appellant’s plea of guilty to breaking restriction, an infraction under Article 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
